What To Expect

Applications will be accepted Wednesday, 11/9/22 at 12:00pm PST through Sunday, November 27, 2022 at 12:00pm PST. Applicants will be contacted by the Property Management Agent in At-Risk of Homelessness lottery rank order per scoring group until vacancies are filled. At the time an applicant is contacted, a full housing application will be required. This allows the Property Management Agent to have the most current information for all applicants being processed for housing. All of the information that you provide will be reviewed and your eligibility confirmed. Your application will be removed from the waitlist if you have made any fraudulent statements. If the Property Management Agent cannot verify an At-Risk of Homelessness preference that you have claimed, but it is not otherwise fraudulent, you will not receive the preference score for that question/those questions, but will not be otherwise penalized. Should your application be chosen, be prepared to provide required supporting documents.

This checklist will be converted in digital form as part of the application when you apply. We are providing the link to the checklist and template letters in the list below so that you know what to expect for the At-Risk of Homelessness Preference Pool section of the application process.

Accommodations With The Application Process

All Household Members May Appear on Only One Application per Listing

All applications containing any person who appears on more than one application will be removed.
